Competitors hide this behind a call. You should be able to work out what Plumbline costs you, and what you can charge for it, without talking to anyone.

There is nothing to pay yet. The first agencies are free while we get this right, and no payment method has been chosen, so nothing can be charged even by accident. The list above is what we intend to charge once that changes. We would rather show you the number now than surprise you with it later.
How the plan is worked out
The fee is flat, so your bill does not move when you add a client. That is the whole point of it. You are quoting a care plan to your own customer, and you cannot quote against a number that changes every month.
You are on the cheapest plan that covers the sites you watch. Pass an allowance and the whole account moves up to the next plan — there is no per-site surcharge on top. One model, one sentence, and nothing to work out on the invoice.
A site you have paused, or one whose ownership is not yet verified, is not being watched. It does not count towards your allowance and it is not billed. A month in which we watched nothing costs nothing: the fee buys watching, and if we did none there is nothing to buy.
Joining mid-month costs part of a month, counted from the day we first checked something and rounded down, so the rounding is always in your favour.
What 30 sites looks like
Thirty sites fits the up to 35 sites plan, so the bill is $50.00 a month — and it stays $50.00 whether you are watching twenty or thirty-five. Agencies typically bill a care plan somewhere between $40 and $200 per site per month. The monitoring is not the product you are selling; it is the evidence that the product you are selling exists.
You are not buying a cost saving. You are buying something you can charge for.
Trial, and what happens if you stop paying
A new agency is watched for thirty days before anything is owed.
If a payment later fails, checks keep running for a fourteen-day grace period, and the interface says so loudly and repeatedly. That is long enough for a real person to notice an expired card over a holiday.
Only after that is an account suspended, and a suspended account is told plainly that it has stopped being watched. We will never quietly stop checking while you still believe we are looking. That failure — everything looks calm, nothing is being seen — is the same failure as a monitoring tool that has silently died, and it is the one thing this product exists to make impossible.
Questions about the money
Is there a minimum, or a contract?
No minimum and no term. You are on the cheapest plan that covers the sites you are watching, and you can remove a site or close the account whenever you like.
Do you charge per check, or per alert?
No. A flat fee per month. A pricing model that charges per check gives us a reason to check less often, and one that charges per alert gives us a reason to alert more. Neither incentive belongs anywhere near a monitoring tool — and a flat fee means we are never paid more for doing less.
Does a client of mine ever see a bill?
Never. Your clients have no login and no relationship with us. They receive a report from you, with your name on it.
What happens to my data if I leave?
Delete a client and everything belonging to them is purged within thirty days. Ask us to close the account entirely and the same applies to all of it. See the privacy page.
