Sub-processors
Everyone else who touches your data.
A short list, kept short deliberately. Every name here is a company that could, in principle, see data we hold for you.

Hosts the application, the check-running worker and the PostgreSQL database. This is where everything we store actually lives.
Data location: Frankfurt, Germany (EU). Purpose: hosting and database. Data: all of it.

Delivers the email we send: alerts, password resets, address verification, and the monthly reports sent on your behalf.
Purpose: transactional email. Data: recipient addresses, and the content of the message — which for a monthly report means the site names and check results it contains.
Slack, if you choose it
If you configure a Slack channel for alerts, alert content goes to Slack. That is your integration with your own workspace rather than a sub-processor we engaged, but it belongs on this page because the practical effect is the same: data leaves us and arrives somewhere else. Not configuring it means nothing is sent.
Who is not on this list
No analytics provider, on this site or in the application. No advertising network. No customer-messaging or session-recording tool. No payment processor, because no payment processor has been chosen — when one is, it will appear here before it is used.
This site sets no cookies at all, which is why you were not asked about any. The application sets one strictly necessary session cookie and nothing else.
Changes
If we add a sub-processor that would handle data we hold for you, we will update this page and email account owners at least thirty days before it starts, so that there is time to object.
